Editor’s Note:

There was a lot of horse power on display at the Louisville Thoroughbred Society on Saturday. Part of it was from the simulcast of the Belmont Stakes Day from Belmont Park in New York. Part of it was the spectacular performance of Kentucky’s own Essential Quality to win the third leg of this year’s Triple Crown. Part of it was from the telecast of the races at Churchill Downs, too.

And, part of it?

A big part of it was on full display in the LTS’ parking garage where the inaugural “LTS’ Auto Show” featured some of the finest technology, engineering, and creations in automotive history.

As one of the representatives from Andy Vine’s fine staff told me:

“You buy wine from France; you get pasta from Italy; you get watches from Switzerland. But you get your cars from Germany.”

Here’s a few of the looks from the Louisville Thoroughbred Society on Saturday. It was spectacular in so many ways.

(New fresh water container to greet our Members and Guests)

(New table and offerings in the restroom facilities)

(And…guess who got new Cigar Lockers at the LTS? And, you always wondered where they may end up…)
