Louisiana Derby winner Epicenter Arrives at Churchill Downs @ 4 a.m. ET:
Sleep walking, Thoroughbred style. Epicenter, who just won the G2 Louisiana Derby at the Fair Grounds on Saturday, arrived at Churchill Downs’ backside and was unloaded off the van and into the barn of trainer Steve Asmussen at 4 a.m. ET on Tuesday.
Here’s a few photos of a blurry-eyed colt by a blurry-eyed photographer from Coady Photography:

Zozos Arrives, Too:
Louisiana Derby runner-up, Zozos, arrived at Churchill Downs on Tuesday, as well. The colt — who entered the race a perfect 2-for-2 — is now Graded Stakes-placed and is headed onward and upward to the G1 Kentucky Derby on the “First Saturday in May.”
Zozos will be housed in the barn of trainer Brad Cox, who won the 2021 Kentucky Derby with Mandaloun.

Echo Zulu, Here As Well:
The 2021 2YO Filly Champ, Echo Zulu, has now arrived at her new digs at Churchill Downs, as well. The filly — who started the 2022 campaign on Saturday with a win in the G1 Fair Grounds Oaks — will now be sharpened for the G1 Kentucky Oaks, to be held on Friday before the Kentucky Derby.
She, too, will be with trainer Steve Asmussen and a roommate of Epicenter.
