Editor’s Note:

The clouds opened up and the rain came down on the post parades at Churchill Downs for much of the past few days, to be sure.,

But there was no stopping the best horses from congregating and racing at the most famous racing surface of all of North America — The Churchill Downs.

And, there was no stopping our great friend and ally — Holly M. Smith.

The horses ran.

Holly swam.
