We managed to boot home only two winners on the 9-race card Sunday to finish up the first week of the Keeneland Spring Meet. But, most importantly, we did manage to win some money on the day.

Thanks in larger part to our pick in the 6th that landed the top spot right at the wire and returned a whopping $30.20 for a simple $2 wager across the board.

We added 5 exactas on the day, as well, with the $1 plays rendering the likes of $15.80, $48.70, $15.60, $9.00 and $6.30 respectively.

Our 3 “Key Plays of the Day” did not produce a single winner, but we were not all wrong, either. We had 2 seconds and a third.
