How would you like to have a win percentage — in the Thoroughbred business, mind you — of .45%?

How about the fact that your horses have hit the board 91% of the time?

Those are “Wow Numbers.”

And, that’s exactly what trainer Wesley Ward and his band of merry marauders have done so far this year at Turfway Park in Northern Kentucky. Since the first of the year, Ward has started 11 horses at Turfway Park and over the all-weather surface.

Give of those horses have returned and immediately went to a photo session in the winner’s circle.

Another one was second.

Four more have been third.

That adds up to a win percentage of .45 and “In The Money,” on .91% of the occasions.

That adds up to spectacular.
