Editor’s Note:

On a day and during a week where most of the world’s news has been dominated by announcements of cancellations, postponements and delays, the Louisville Thoroughbred Society is happy to say that we are working on; building up; and building out.

While we do not have a specific date yet for our Grand Opening (stay tuned for that breaking news release), we are getting closer, and it should not be long now before we join the ranks of the Thoroughbred racing world.

The private membership club — which will be located at the Hughes Lofts at 209 East Main Street in downtown Louisville and which will be dedicated to giving its’ members and guests a spectacular, first-class dining and entertainment experience — is now hoping to be open when Summer arrives.

This area will be enclosed and give access to our massive roof-top, open-aired, green space. What a view. What a nice breeze. What a spot for you to enjoy Thoroughbred racing in style)

(Hand crafted wood panels are being added to the walls of the “LTS Library.” These will be finished and painted to give the room a sense of warmth and depth. Dark green paint will be the finishing touch and reset LED lighting will add a nice touch of mood)

(The elevator on the South End of the Hughes Lofts is now being added. The cab should be ready for install in a couple of weeks)
