These videos can be used for any media use, including in their entirety, soundbites, quotes for written content, and social media. Today’s videos

Chad Brown is a lover of horse-racing history. So he knows a horse, such as his Louisiana Derby winner Emerging Market, statistically is up against it trying to wrest the roses in only the colt’s third lifetime start. But he believes Emerging Market could be that kind of horse to buck the odds. And he says that in the scheme of things, that history is way down on his list of worries. Listen in as the five-time Eclipse Award-winning trainer, at Churchill Downs for the first time his spring as Emerging Market trained under the Twin Spires for the first time, speaks with the media.

Gustavo Delgado Jr.: Tampa Bay Derby winner The Puma, who lost the Florida Derby by a nose, arrived at Churchill Downs, where three years ago his team won the KY Derby with another Florida Derby runner-in Mage. Listen in on Gustavo Delgado Jr., son and assistant to The Puma’s trainer.

Hall of Famer Steve Asmussen believes there’s a lot more in Chip Honcho, the Fair Grounds’ Gun Runner Stakes winner and G2 Risen Star runner-up who was a disappointing fifth in the Louisiana Derby (G2). But he thinks he can make some adjustments. Asmussen stopped just short of committing Chip Honcho to running in the Kentucky Derby, saying he has to see the right signs in the Connect colt’s final work, likely this Saturday — the day of Derby entries — at Churchill Downs.
