It’s time to get serious.

We are still looking for our first win this year, so today we decided to go after a “Pick 5.” Great strategy, right?

Well, there is a carry-over on the Early Pick 5 at “The Shoe” today, and we are going hunting. Our .50-cent ticket costs $144. We have already played it and we are hoping that we can land a fish of some size here.

All proceeds from our meet-long endeavor will go to benefit the “Homeless Veterans of Indianapolis.” This is a favorite charity of our great friend Eric Halstrom, who serves as the Vice President and GM of Racing for “The Shoe.” He also serves as one of life’s great people and ambassadors of Good Samaritans.
