Toby Callet is a nationally-recognized South Florida based public handicapper who has been a serious player on his own for over 40 years. Callet has appeared on panels at the Horseplayers Expo at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas and is a longtime observer for Len Ragozin's "The Sheets." He is a regular contributor on "The Thoroughbred Los Angeles Radio Show," hosted by Jay Privman on KLAA 830AM Los Angeles.
